It’s what we know, we’re back to doing what we grew up doing and it’s just a really good thrash show. You’re going to get a lot of cool riffs and it’s going to be pit, pit, pit, you know what I mean. Big circle pits, that’s what we’re after. Come out there and beat the shit out of each other, then after the show’s over have a beer with each other. That’s kind of the philosophy.

…and at the end of the day – it’s all about the music. Don’t let anything else get in the way.

Don’t lie, talk shit, or promise the same show to everyone. Try not to step on others toes, don’t undercut anyone, be respectful, and do what you love.
Unfortunately, it’s not just about getting out there and playing metal, there’s other aspects to look at. You just gotta make sure you are handling everything properly so you don’t get fucked over.
…I would make it a note to go out to every local band’s show that I befriended or even caught my interest slightly and really try to help everybody work together and try to get the other bands involved, so that everybody could just have a fan base grow around the entire scene.
…Raginpit Magazine recognizes the fact that there are real women in metal, punk, hardcore, etc. who have overcome the initial obstacle of being successful in a field that’s predominantly male, who have made significant strides and contributions in an effort to support not just a scene, but music overall, and who have more talent in their pinkies than most of their male counterparts.
A girl in the audience got called a crusader for yelling, “Fuck you!”? at the lead singer after he went off on a tangent about how fat chicks shouldn’t expect to get laid after buying many rounds of drinks for a guy.
