Two years, no singer and I was singing for another band. I got fired from my job and fired from my band on the same day, so then I hit up Randy and said, “dude, you need a vocalist, right?” He’s like, “yeah.” So I went down there and tried out and fucken made it. He had quit like a week before. He said, “fuck it, I’m out, man. Fuck it.” Then they called him back and said, “we got a singer, dude.”

The strobe lights were utilized and the volume was louder than it was for the previous band. These guys seemed to be comfortable displaying their passion in front of the approximately 60 people that were now watching the show. The audience was apparently getting more into the music by this time, as there were a few people playfully nudging each other in front of the stage.

I took the scenic route out to the central valley. It was a pleasant 2 ½ hour ride to the lovely town of Atwater, home to the now defunct Castle Air Force Base to witness a Raginpit presents show in conjunction with The Maniacs bike club from Merced, who were hosting a stunt show with [...]
